Transition to PPL With BURD Home Health

BURD Home Health is an approved CDPAP facilitator that can help with the transition process and beyond.

Transition Deadline is March 28

New York State has announced that all current CDPAP participants must transition to Public Partnerships LLC (PPL), the new statewide fiscal intermediary. This transition must be completed by March 28, 2025 to continue receiving services without interruption.
